Neil Jenkin - Director

After leaving agricultural college Neil originally started his working life in the sales and customer service industry with experience gained with several national companies all over the UK. A change of career came with acceptance into the Royal Marines with 7 years service before leaving to enter estate agency. In 2002 Neil and married partner Sue Iles opened the first branch of Annagram Property Services in Axbridge. Neil gravitated towards the lettings side of the business and now has responsibility for an extremely busy rental department based in our Cheddar office ably assisted by Marion Warr, who looks after the day to day management of the rental property portfolio. Neil also heads our auction department and is the company Domestic Energy Assessor. Neil and Sue live in Cheddar with their 3 children who all attend local schools.
Sue Iles - Director

Sue began her estate agency career in 1997 working as a trainee negotiator for Abbott and Frost in Burnham. Promotion to Negotiator followed within 12 months. In 2000 Sue was given a 12 month sabbatical from her position within the company and moved 4,500 miles away to the United States to pursue the opportunity to sell real estate in Florida. Sue thrived on the challenge and quickly established herself as the no 1 sales person selling new build condominiums for C21 Iles Realtors in the Indian Rocks beach area. Sue returned to the UK and to her previous position and was quickly promoted to senior negotiator. In 2002 the chance to build a business of her own with partner Neil proved irresistible and so July 1st 2002 just 6 weeks after the birth of their daughter Anna their new estate agency business called Annagram Property Services was opened.
Edward Creswick - Director

Edward started his estate agency career in Burnham as a trainee negotiator for Black Horse Agencies in 1988 aged 17. In 1991 He joined C J Hole in Burnham, a company he stayed with for 13 years during which time he was promoted to the company’s board of management.In 2003 he joined Michael Applegate & Partners until 2006 when Edward joined Annagram Team as an equity Director. Edward is also a well known local singer, and performs regularly for local Operatic societies in the region. Edward is married to Kirsteen, who is the company’s H.R Manager & has 3 young children who all attend local Schools in the area.

Joseph has gained a wealth of experience working for local independent TEAM agents, and since he came in to the business six years ago, has built his career rapidly in a client focused, accountable manner running offices in various locations in the south west.
When Joseph qualified as a member of the N.A.E.A (National Association of Estate Agents), he did so with flying colours as he was short listed for student of the year for his outstanding results.
Joseph believes that good old fashioned estate agency together with up to date marketing tools and technology wins the day. Always mindful of the basics, Joseph believes client contact and high quality property exposure should be at the top of any agents list.
At home Joseph spends all of his spare time with his young family. He also enjoys a mixture of sports and has a great passion for music and travel.
Lou Pescod - Senior Negotiator-Wedmore Office

Lou spent most of her early career in London and the South East, until settling in Somerset in 1985. Lou started her career in estate agency with a large company,where a resulting good friend trained her to become a manager. Lou then moved to the long established country estate agency Evans in Winscombe, where she worked for 16 years. We are pleased that Lou has joined Annagram team in Wedmore. Lou says "My working background is varied and having had children, my life experiences help me to understand the trauma people have when moving house".
Jordan Lyons - Sales Negotiator - Wedmore Office

Jordan is a highly motivated young man who has already gained a lot of experience with both independent and corporate agents in the local area.
In his four years he has gained high praise for his friendly, personable manner and approach, culminating in various awards for achieving TOP SELLER status in his career to date.
Personally, Jordan enjoys an active lifestyle including sports and socializing with family and friends.
Lyn Froud - Secretary and Administrator-Cheddar Office

Lyn has a background in local government as a secretary and administrator and was pleased to join Annagram in a similar role in 2007, having also had some previous experience on a part-time basis in an Estate Agency. She has lived in Cheddar for 23 years so knows the local area well.
In her spare time, Lyn enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen cyclist and walker.

Nigel has over thirty years Estate agency experience in the North Somerset area. His career which began in the 1970s has seen him manage successful offices for well known companies such as Lalondes, Garner Lamb, and for the last 13 years CJ.Hole in Weston. He joined Annagram in 2009 as Branch Manager.
Lucy Mines - Assistant Manager- Winscombe Office

Lucy started her career in estate agency as a negotiator in Bristol in 2000 aged just 19. By 2001 she earned her role as negotiator for the highly esteemed C J Hole estate agents in Congresbury. After two very happy and productive years there she was given a 12 month sabbatical to travel to South East Asia and Australia giving her the ability to gain priceless life experience maturing both personally and professionally. Returning to her post with CJ Hole in 2003 Lucy was given the challenge of expanding the portfolio of houses and clients of the Worle office as Senior Negotiator. Reacting well to this challenge the office continuously provided one of the best ratios of market appraisals to instructions. Four years on in 2007 after continuous success at being one of the top three offices from the companies 12 Lucy was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager where she remained until the merger with Humberts. Lucy has spent the last year working for a large corporate Estate agent Palmer Snell of Country Wide. Her time there has brought her more experience in agency but admits it’s nice to be back with an Independent Estate Agents. Lu comments”I am absolutely delighted to be working for Annagram team of Winscombe. I hope that my passion for selling houses and my pride in providing the most honest and ethical approach possible on behalf of myself and the team I work with will prove to be a breath of fresh air to the general public in and around the Winscombe area.”
Lucy lives in Clevedon with her Fiancé where both enjoy a varied sporting and social life.

Jess started her career in Estate Agency as a sales negotiator and administrator for Palmer Snell in 2005 at the age of 19. She gained experience working in their Glastonbury and Gillingham offices before joining Annagram Team in 2007. She has a good knowledge of the area, having lived locally all her life.

Before coming to Annagram, James worked with the long established firm of Evans in Winscombe. Over the last 4 years he has worked in all of our offices and therefore has gained an excellent knowledge of the local area. James now has valuable experience in both Independent and corporate estate agency. He has recently gained a degree in Real Estate Management and Appraisal at University. In his own time James enjoys playing rugby and playing racket sports. James is now a key member of the Wrington team and is looking forward to helping establish Annagram as one the market leaders in the village.

Marion joined Annagram Team six years ago in an administration capacity following 30 years in the hospitality trade. She is the first contact for landlords and tenants both over the telephone and face-to-face and deals with the day-to-day running of the Lettings Office. She lives in Axbridge in a cottage rented through Annagram!

Kirsteen has been working part-time for the past 12 years whilst being a full time Mum to three young children. She began working for Annagram in 2006 when her Husband Edward joined the company as a Director. Kirsteen has a varied role within the firm, covering days off in the Wedmore office, Company Health & Safety, and Human Resources.

Paul began his career in 1995 as a trainee negotiator for CJ Hole in Burnham-on-Sea working with local well reputed estate agents Michael Applegate and Edward Creswick.
Paul's career took him to Bridgwater where he worked for the Spicerhart group before being approached by Braford & Bingley to work at their Bridgwater branch. Paul was promoted to senior branch manager for the Bridgwater office and took the business to one of the market leading agents in the town. Through the acquisition of Bradford & Bingley by the Countrywide group and a subsequent name change to Palmer Snell Paul continued to grow market share and previous buyers and sellers would consistantly return to him over the next 9 year period.
Paul is excited at returning to Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge to work for an innovative and expanding company at their newly opened town office where customer values are paramount to the sucess of the business.
