When our property first went on the market for sale we had a very quick response due to the advertising that went out straightaway. Annagram acted for us in the sale of our cottage in Blackford, Wedmore and we are delighted to write a letter of recommendation on their behalf.We were initially considering putting the property on the market with another local Estate Agent who had valued it at £185,000 but, after a valuation appointment with Sue, we decided to instruct Annagram to market and sell our home with an asking price of their recommendation. We are very glad that we did. The property came on the market at £220,000 and, despite the distress of a sale which fell through due to the "chain" collapsing, Annagram were able to quickly find us a second purchaser, this time without a chain, and the resulting sale went through successfully. We achieved a sale price within 3% of the asking price and as a result of this we could afford to buy the home of our choice, instead of having to compromise with our new home. We are eternally grateful to Annagram for the wisdom of their accurate valuation, and for their experience, professionalism and encouragement throughout. We do not plan to move from our new home for a very long time but if we do, there is only one Estate Agent in town for us.

We sold our family home recently through Annagram as we have emigrated to live in Australia. We cannot speak too highly of the service that we received and for the positive outcome that they achieved for us.Our home had initially been on the market with another local Estate Agent for 5 months, arousing little or no interest. We withdrew the property, rested it for a few months and then decided to have another go at selling. We asked five Estate Agents for a valuation, four of which came in at around the figure that it had previously been on the market for and one from Annagram which was £10,000 higher. Having discussed the matter at length with Sue we were confident that her valuation figure was based on fact as they had recently sold a similar property in our area and knew at first hand the amount of interest that their marketing had achieved in that property, resulting in it selling for a figure in excess of the asking price.We instructed Annagram and, despite our reservations in view of our recent disappointing experience, immediately had two viewings on the property. After professionally handled negotiations by Sue and her team, one of these lead to a full asking price offer which we were delighted to accept. In short, our home was under offer within a week, contracts were exchanged within 6 weeks and we had packed, said our goodbyes, and flown to start our new life down under within 2 months! Annagram made the whole experience painless and their support, patience and kindness, throughout what could so easily have been a traumatic time, was boundless. They even arranged for us to have the use of a vacant holiday cottage that they manage for a nominal amount (with the Landlord's permission) and at extremely short notice when our flights were changed at the last minute and we were faced with being homeless for our last few days in the UK. Service above and beyond the call of duty.We cannot sufficiently express our gratitude nor recommend Annagram too highly for their professionalism and for the caring and personal service that they provide.
