Annagram Team began life as Annagram Property Services in Axbridge in 2002. The company quickly expanded into Cheddar and in June 2007 expanded further into Wedmore and Winscombe, incorporating the long established businesses of Evans and Boroughs Estate Agents. All three directors have long and varied experience in the sales and service industries. Neil Jenkin was a serving Royal Marine and Sue Iles trained as a negotiator with the long established firm Abbott and Frost in Burnham On Sea, having rejoined the company after a years working sabbatical during 2000 selling Florida real estate. Edward Creswick joined the company as a director in 2006 with 20 years estate agency experience locally.
Annagram Estate Agents in Cheddar, Wedmore and Winscombe are active members of Team, an organisation that enables homes to be sold by all its members, but for one sole agency fee as well as promoting high standards of professionalism within an independent estate agency. The company prides itself on ensuring that business conforms to the strict code of practice that the membership of Team entails. Furthermore staff members regularly attend conferences and training courses ensuring that they are all fully conversant with the regulations that govern practising estate agents.
